Rapper maco marets released a new song "Moondancer" with singer/songwriter Sakura Fujiwara as a guest performer. This is the first collaboration between these two artists, who were both born in 1995 and hail from Fukuoka Prefecture, but have been active in completely different scenes. Produced by TiMT (PEARL CENTER / Mime), the song features both artists' vocals and rapping on a mellow sound, creating a pleasant harmony.
As the title of the song suggests, the lyrics, which depict the relationship between "I" and "you", "self" and "others" as if swaying in the moonlit night from the respective perspectives of maco marets and Sakura Fujiwara, were created as the two exchanged lyrics, just like exchanging letters.
