SWALLOW KNOWS...

Swallows know where the warm places are.
So, where is that "warm place" for me?
I kept running-losing things, gaining things, and fearing the loss all over again.
Before I knew it, unlike the days when I thought I could make it to the top all on my own, I found family and friends by my side.
This EP consists of five songs that trace my journey toward discovering what is "truly important."
Even if it rains, you can simply dance in it.
Aiming for what lies beyond the cloudy skies, while making sure never to lose sight of the place I call home.
I have my own answer, but it might not be the same for everyone.
That is why the title ends with an ellipsis ("...").
I hope that through this work, you will find the warm place that your own "SWALLOW" knows.

01. Burning Rose Remix

The story begins with the version of myself from three and a half years ago-someone who thought I could make it to the top all on my own.
Back then, I was alone; now, I have companions by my side.
Carrying everything with me-what has changed and what hasn't-I created this remix not to look back at the past, but to move forward to what comes next.

02. 1Day1 feat. iamrealdaiki

From that initial "Day 1" to the "One Day" when dreams finally come true.
In the time between, there are far more days when things don't go right than there are glamorous moments.
Even so, I refuse to live in a reality where I've given up on my dream.
This is a song about heading from "today"-for both iamrealdaiki and myself-toward that future "one day."

Rain is a misfortune.
But if you wait for the rain to stop, your life will pass you by.
So, you might as well dive right in-without an umbrella-and dance.
This song is a lecture to the past self who endured days where "laughing was the only option," and a baton passed to the self of tomorrow.

The more you build up, the more you fear it all collapsing.
I want to go further.
But I don't want to lose the precious things I have now.
There is a weak, timid version of myself that always lingers behind the self trying so hard to move forward.
This is the song on the EP that comes closest to my true feelings.

I suddenly realized something while I was busy chasing after things in the distance.
The oasis I had been searching for was right beside me all along.
For me, that "warm place" wasn't a location-it was people.
So that I never forget where I am heading or where I belong...
The swallow knows the way.
