Project Azure Delusion is a musical project about a series of stories which narrates some of teenagers falling into their own illusive world based on the individual experiences excessive daydreaming that interferes with daily life called Maladaptive Daydreaming.

Code-named City N, a bustling, flourishing, prosperous modern metropolis. However, a large number of students' disappearances have broken out in this city in a short period of time. The police and the journalism are actively investigating the whereabouts of the disappearances. 

Meanwhile, a user named AzureHead posted the official information "AzureHead, unaccounted" and publicized the existence of Azure Delusion to the outside world. Azure Delusion is a virtual space made up of illusions and is only accessible to those who meet certain criteria. 

It has been speculated that some sort of a considerable degree of mind crush in reality, and a piece of evocative music, would be the medium for connecting to the space. These disappearances are suspected to have some connection with the existence of Azure Delusion.
