Short Film "ITADAKIMASU" Original Soundtrack

Yukiko Kamata is a composer based in Kumamoto City, Japan. Centered around piano-based post-classical and electronic music, she specializes in creating warm acoustic soundscapes. She has composed music for visual projects by SONY, JT, and Mazda Motor Corporation, as well as numerous regional projects, creating music that enhances the atmosphere and emotional impact of films and spaces across various fields.

The short film Itadakimasu was produced by Yamachiku, a bamboo chopstick maker based in Kumamoto Prefecture, to share the beauty of Japanese culture and spirit embodied in the word "itadakimasu" with audiences in Japan and around the world. Both the Japanese and international versions have been released on YouTube, surpassing a combined total of 500,000 views.

The soundtrack, beautifully crafted to reflect the world and atmosphere of the film, was entirely composed by Yukiko Kamata. The transparent tones of the piano and the warm sounds of the guitar gently express the message woven into the story.
