Here's to all the misfits around the globe.
One girl questioned...I am not Japanese enough, I am not American enough. Then, who am I?
A TCK's journey to find peace with her mixed identity became a poem.
When that poem reached a musician in Tokyo, she instantly connected to the words through her own lens of having been a misfit in school. Then the poem became a song overnight.
Four artists who are also mothers, collaborated between the United States and Japan to deliver this song.
Listen.
And you may find your own story within it.
