Singer-songwriter samayuzame has released a new EP "butcher knife".

The EP includes a self-cover of "Moonflower Confession" a popular song from his Vocaloid P days, and features Pibo, who is also a member of the band memex, as co-arranger, evolving the band's sound into one that is as poisonous as a deleterious drug.

The title of the EP, "butcher knife," is based on the theme of "using the past to cook up new sounds," with the intention of reconstructing past songs from a new perspective.
The EP also includes remixes of previously released singles.
