It's showtime!!

DERNIÈRE CHALEUR

Show time!

The realm of silence, a place beyond words

An untouched shore, the breathing of paper

A space to breathe, where stillness spreads wide

Landscapes left undrawn, the whiteness of longing

The echo of nothingness, a sea between the lines

Unspoken resonance, where the brush comes to rest

Fields of contemplation, scenery of empty air

The pathway of the moon, all of these

無いからこそ在るという状態

無くても在るわけじゃない状態

気がつかなければ何も無い状態

それが余白という子の Show time!

無いからこそ在るという状態

無くても在るわけじゃない状態

気がつかなければ何も無い状態

それがあなたという意識の正体

La RITUALTUDE III ~Trois, deux, un...~

Three, two, one. How many times have you closed your own eyelids on purpose? A fallen eyelid and a lowered one differ. Beyond the fallen lies a blackout; beyond the lowered lies the night -- a doorway into a nameless world that reshapes who you'll be tomorrow.

"La RITUALTUDE III" is the third installment: thirteen tracks (ten songs, three bonus) reworking Ritualtude into J-Pop. If the first painted the morning's beginning and the second the small closings within a day, this reaches deeper -- seeing through, washing, caressing, surrendering. Each act opens outward: from you, to the things beside you, to all things not yet seen.

Ritualtude's codex vivant -- thirty rituals, one hundred fifty pieces -- concludes here, in "Codex, Book One." What began as washing one's hands for the morning ends as washing them for all things. The same gesture means something different at the start and the close. These ten songs shut that loop, then open toward the second book.

You don't read this work; you listen, and it enfolds you. "Thought-J-Pop" turns everyday acts into conscious rituals -- not fleeing, not fighting, but existing lightly. A melody not for a mood, but for a way of being.

Two axes run through it: seeing through, and returning. You lower the eyelid by your own will and see today through. As the rising sun goes home to the west, everything returns to how it wishes to be; with a place to return to, wandering becomes a journey.

"Trois, deux, un..." is the count before you lower your eyelids. "The Wisdom of Provence" stands before an inward door whose handle is only on the far side -- opening only when you surrender. In "You Do Not Vanish," like the line at a nail's edge that never washes away, what does not flow off is what made you you.

"June Hyacinth" reaches toward a season not yet come. "The Coquelicots Are Blooming" asks whether you sway or are swayed. "Such an Important Thing" weighs being the one who decides fate. "The Real Nature of It" names the margin that exists precisely because it is absent.

"The Place We Return To" is the album's core -- sun, moon, stars all return to how they wish to be. "Turning My Back to the Shower" lifts your face to the water and finds we are not alone. Closing, "I Want to Feel You" reverses longing: "do you want to touch me?" When that boundary dissolves, Ritualtude becomes one breath.

The bonus live tracks -- "Ritual, All Too Ritual" and "Today Ends Here. Tomorrow Comes Later." -- are the one exception this series, always sounding for you alone, permits itself once.

These songs were sent each Thursday to Alonity, the community practicing Ritualtude. Alonity blends Alone and Community: alone, yet together. No comparison, approval, or status -- only the sender, Dernière Chaleur, and you. Monday's thought, Tuesday's photo, Wednesday's poem, Thursday's song, Friday's podcast carry one ritual across a week, playing in your room, for you.

Thirty rituals complete one turn here, with the last, "washing one's hands for all things." Yet a circle has no end; that final opening leads to the next beginning. Codex, Book One is a quiet door named completion.

Trois, deux, un... When you've counted, lower your eyelids. And from here.

C'est tout. That's all. And -- see you tomorrow.

Artist Profile

  • DERNIÈRE CHALEUR

Dernière Chaleur is a philosophy brand born from the light and stillness of Provence. The concept it proposes, Ritualtude, is a lived philosophy. It turns everyday gestures such as washing your hands, opening a window, and adjusting your stride into rituals, and it restores a way of being through dialogue with history, with all people, and with the cosmos. This is not philosophy you encounter by reading books. It is not philosophy you learn by listening to lectures, and it is certainly not an audiobook. From the moment it begins to play inside your earphones, the listener is enveloped, body and all, by philosophy. This is philosophy J Pop, created for that very experience. The outline of the voice is never fixed to a single identity. Only the warmth that is needed appears for each track, then quietly disappears. Not to place anyone at the front, but to tune the listeners day. It shifts living carefully from an act of effort into a practice of repetition. The play button becomes a small altar, an entrance where the everyday crosses over into ritual.
