At the end of a long, exhausting day, you drag your heavy feet through the front door.
What greets you is a messy room with no sign of ever being cleaned, and the noisy, energetic voices of five kids echoing through the living room.

*"Nothing fun really happened today, either..."*

Chased by another hectic day, you let out a sigh and pick up your phone.
On the screen, you see someone else's sparkling world-fancy overseas resorts, chic upscale restaurants, and glamorous lives that anyone would envy. Without knowing the loneliness or struggles that person might actually carry, you catch yourself comparing someone else's highlight reel to your own mundane routine, feeling a quiet sting of jealousy and emptiness. I think almost everyone has had a night like that.

The song **"salt."** is a mid-tempo track born from gentle self-reflection and the rediscovery of what is truly precious.

The title carries two meanings:

First, like salt in our daily lives, it represents things so common that we easily take them for granted.

Second, like a pinch of salt dropped into a hot soup, it represents moments that dissolve in an instant, becoming invisible to the eye.

The chaotic noise of every single day.
The nights you hate yourself for raising your voice.
The water splashing from a crowded bathtub, the silly little chats, and the warmth of a cozy bed.

Because these things are so close to us and happen every day, we fail to notice just how irreplaceable they are. Like sand slipping through our fingers, or salt melting away in the steam, an ordinary day quietly disappears before we know it.

But imagine this:

Think of that living room years from now, completely quiet once the kids have grown up and left home, one by one.

When that day comes, what we will ache for won't be grand anniversaries or fancy getaways. It will be this "ordinary, uneventful, noisy today." Sharing laughs in good health, sitting around the same dinner table, and feeling each other's warmth-what greater miracle could there possibly be?

Before envying someone else's view far away, I hope you can notice the small flower blooming right at your feet.

Even when it dissolves and disappears from sight, just a pinch of salt quietly gives flavor to the whole soup. In the same way, these passing, chaotic moments are what will feed and warm our hearts for years to come.

To every adult who feels just a little worn out by daily life:

This song is a warm ray of light, meant to leave you looking at your messy home and noisy family with just a little more love.
