In his early years, he produced for artists such as TRILL GRILLZ, Richee (Ghetto Inc.), and Minchanbaby. Around 2008, he won remix contests for SEEDA & OKI and SD JUNKSTA, which significantly boosted his recognition among Japanese rap fans. His production style is centered around Southern US sounds primarily Atlanta and Memphis styles which were still rare in Japan during the late 2000s. His key influences include Lil Jon, Three 6 Mafia, Shawty Redd, Kc Da Beatmonster, K-Rab, and Soulja Boy. While his primary style is Trap, he has expanded his discography in recent years with Lo-Fi Hip Hop beat tapes and instrumental ambient tracks. In 2018, he retired the Cherry Brown moniker and began releasing tracks featuring his own vocals under the name Lil'Yukichi.
