3作構成からなる“Melody Line”から2作目は-YELLOW-。
サウンドプロデューサーには引き続き、金戸俊悟(Shungo Kaneto)を招き、前作を超えるサウンドを目指した。

前作-BLUE-の王道POPS要素に加え、今作では更にサウンドを洗練。
M1では80'sサウンドを再解釈。sayutaらしいポップス感と、シャープなグルーヴや転調による展開など、今までのsayutaには無かった新しい要素を感じさせる。
EDM要素とポップスを融合させたM2では普段のアコースティックなパフォーマンスから更に飛躍。また、後半のストリングスで泣かせて来るあたりにアレンジの妙を感じる。
「ここでも80'sのディスコストリングスを入れてみた」とはアレンジャーの金戸談。
2人の音楽のルーツの一つに80年代のサウンドが流れていることを感じさせる。
M3では暖かなグルーヴにシンセサイザーの柔らかなエッセンスを、M4ではシンセサイザーやストリングスで幻想的で妖艶な世界を演出。
「グルーヴで聴かせるだけでなく、各曲に明確なテーマを設けた」と二人は語る。
後半はまた雰囲気が変わり、歌詞が導く世界の色彩がより鮮やかに。車窓から繰り広げられる懐古と想像と現実を見事に演出したM5。華やかさの中にどこか切なさを感じさせるM6。さらにM7では楽曲のモデルである田口亜美(羊亭ピンク)がリアレンジで参加。
マイク一本による収録であるM8では「普段の二人の空気感や、部屋の雰囲気まで真空パックにしたかった」と語る。
今後の更なる展望を感じさせる意欲作となった。

    sayuta is a singer-songwriter based in and originally from Koriyama. Her alto voice carries both huskiness and transparency, delivering lyrics rich in storytelling that paint vivid scenes in the listener's mind alongside catchy melodies. Drawing inspiration from timeless classics, she creates a pop world where nostalgia and freshness coexist. She collaborates closely with her husband and arranger, Shungo Kanedo, crafting each note with intention. Meticulously layered strings, rhythms, and chord work become part of the story itself. Even from the confines of a small home studio, her diverse music invites listeners into expansive, imaginative worlds. Her music transforms ordinary moments into something a little more special, stirring memories and leaving lasting impressions.
