Yohei Nishi, a member of the four-member pop band "balconny" based in Fukuoka, will begin his solo career under the name "westman8" in 2025. Mini albums containing songs created using music generation AI will be released consecutively from February 4, 2025.
As the first release, the 1st mini album "the City Pop vol.1" will be released on February 4, followed by the 2nd mini album "the Pops vol.1" and the 3rd mini album "the Pops vol.2" on February 14.
This work selects songs with "female vocals" from the songs produced, and the genres are wide-ranging, including R&B, catchy dance pop, anime song pop, stylish city pop, and ballads, making it a lineup that will touch the hearts of people of all ages.
Balconny is currently on hiatus from live performances due to vocalist Sachie's maternity leave. Each member is developing their own activities, and Yohei Nishi continues his activities as a music writer and band member. He lives in Yatsushiro, Kumamoto Prefecture, and is also a personality on the local FM radio station's music program for young people, "Naruoto's Youth Sound."

The songs are based on balconny's songs, and have been reborn with completely new arrangements using the music generation AI "SUNO." There is a unique appeal to AI, and you can feel the amazingness of AI, which evolves every day.
