"This isn't just an album. It's the ultimate live concert experience."
On May 8th, the four-member AI idol group "Lovely Melody," produced by Ryu, will release their highly anticipated 2nd album, "Golden Hour." Making a bold departure from their traditional idol-pop 1st album, this new release is conceptualized entirely as a complete live concert.
The album features a total of 11 tracks, including three unreleased songs alongside their massive hits. Among them is the fierce Future Core track "Ultramarine Ignition," which recently surpassed 6,000 impressions on YouTube and was featured in the related videos of famous artists.
The concert kicks off with the opening track "Chu-Chu Connect to You". The energy constantly builds as the setlist seamlessly transitions through the Future House sounds of "Hit Me With Your Love", the danceable Electro Funk of "Turn It Up," and the euphoric Nu-Disco of "Magic Night Fever," culminating in the ultimate crowd-uniting anthem, "Clap & Stomp," where everyone waves their towels together. Blending K-POP foundations with J-POP, Future House, and Electro Funk, the album showcases the unique charms of Mio, Yuna, Rin, and Aina. The energetic yet slightly bittersweet melodies, combined with Ryu's straightforward lyrics crafted with the partial assistance of generative AI, will guide you through the emotional highs and lows of a live show.
As the live performance enters its final stages, the title track "Golden Hour" beautifully captures the miraculous encounters of the day and the brilliant departure toward the next destination. Finally, the album closes with "Heartbeat without a Touch", allowing you to bask in the pleasant, lingering afterglow of the concert.
Fully utilizing cutting-edge AI tools like Midjourney for costumes, Nano Banana Pro for the cover art, and Sora 2 for visuals, this album represents the pinnacle of human and AI creativity. Even if you've already enjoyed the individual singles, we strongly invite you to listen to this album from start to finish. The ultimate stage, packed with everything that makes Lovely Melody so special, is about to begin right in your ears.
Ryu started DTM in university and has been creating mainly songs that he wants to listen to. Based on J-POP, his songs feature lyrical melodies and carefully written lyrics about joy and sadness, combined with the natural singing of Hatsune Miku in a sad but easy-to-hear way. The song Groove of Love from his 6th album was used as a commercial song for the Spoon app.
