Footprints is the latest single from JEIN., a rock duo based in Fukuoka, Japan.

Through their mini album das Ich, featuring Sunday, midnight, Kitsune-Ame, and Es, JEIN. has continued to explore the boundaries between dream and reality, this world and the next, consciousness and the unconscious, while contemplating the nature of the self.

In Footprints, the question of where this self comes from and where it returns is woven into a story of acceptance, told through the landscape of late summer.

Just as flowers bloom, bear fruit, become seeds, and bloom once more, life continues its endless cycle, constantly changing form.
