今まで できていたことが 突然できなくなった
しかも 今まで得意としていたことが
前触れもなく 突然できなくなったんだ
どんなに努力しても 訓練してもできないんだ
ある人は もう努力をするな 無駄だ と言う
また ある人は 努力が足りないのでは と言う
努力が実らない人もいるけど 途中で放り出した 結果が全て
言い訳しても始まらないよ・・・
でも ひとの努力は否定したくないよ
実際 難しいことも結構あるんだよ 真面目であればあるほどにね
りきんで 力が入り過ぎて余計にできなくなるようにさ
気分をかえて簡単で優しいことからやり直す・・・とか
今さらできないかな・・・とか 心が揺れ動く
死ぬほど努力して 努力して 努力して それでもできなかったことが
簡単なことから始めるとできることもあるかも知れないよな
でも また やっぱり ダメだったら と思い 始められなくなるんだ
もしダメだったら 今度こそ本当に心が折れてしまうかも知れないから
でも ほんの少しでも可能性があるならやる もう逃げたくない
どんなに困難でも 可能性が少しでもあるなら

This poem makes me cry just by reading it, as I wrote it about a time when I had a cerebral infarction and then rhabdomyolysis due to statin drugs. My muscles atrophied to the point where I couldn't even open a plastic bottle cap, and daily life became difficult.
This time, I specifically requested Enka as the genre in the prompt, and the music makes me cry even more when I listen to it. However, I have been recovering recently, and with 24 minutes of vocal training every day, the twitching on the left side of my face has gone away, and I am now able to sing again.
My husband bought a dishwasher and a fully automatic washing machine, which has made housework much easier. My daily life has improved to the point where it is almost back to normal, and I am able to engage in cultural activities like releasing music and vocal training. I am filled with gratitude every day.
