Born from The Dictionary Journey, a lifelong reading of the seventh edition of Kojien,
this work blends sound and language into a quiet, acoustic poetry of existence.

kneeking Records
Kneeking Records is an independent music label devoted to capturing the soul of the Dictionary Journey through sound. Founded by Yoshihiro Sato a calligrapher, language pilgrim, and former world kickboxing champion the label weaves together words, rhythm, and voice to create a truly distinctive musical world. Since 2013, Sato has been reading Japanese dictionaries one page at a time, drawing inspiration from each definition to craft poetry, music, and calligraphy. This ongoing project, known as Jisho no Tabi (Dictionary Journey), continues to evolve with every passing day.
