In February 2025, "westman8" released their third single "WORLD DIVE".

Music writer "yohei nishi", who belongs to the pop band "balconny" based in Fukuoka and active nationwide, and who has produced and provided numerous songs, began releasing them under the name "westman8" in 2025 by using AI to rearrange his own songs.

The theme of this work is "the despair and hope of this world". It was created with the image of an ending theme song for an apocalyptic movie about a devastated world. It has a medium tempo, sad lyrics and a melancholy melody, and the inclusion of English lyrics creates an even more desolate atmosphere. The unique sound and worldview that sounds like both Japanese and Western music is a must-listen. It is an attractive work that you will be hooked once you hear it.
