09: 512

How do you think I feel the pain

Feel the pain, my friend

You just drink instead to eat

Beer for lunch, my friend

I almost lost you, 512

It’s number of death, my friend

There is monkey drove you insane

Drove you insane, my friend

Wake up, Perry

You said you will do it no more

Artist Profile

  • Carsick Cars

Formed in 2005. A symbolic presence of an indie band that started its activities mainly in Beijing and has received strong support from Chinese music industry people and sophisticated young music fans. Belongs to the music label "Maybe Mars", which produces excellent indie bands in China. They have toured many overseas countries such as the United States and Australia, and in 2007 have held on a European tour with Sonic Youth. It is a rare band that continues to lead Chinese indie music. <Comments from Japanese artists> One of the best memories of my life was to cover Carsick Cars's "Central South Sea" in encore on the final day of my 2017 tour of 7 cities in China with DYGL. Their music isn't from a distant foreign country, and it seems to embody the fact that there are people in China who like music and are in a band as well as themselves. It's a sound. It's a hidden alternative rock in China! mitsume Moto Kawabe
