Kill the noise please?
I don’t need to listen to you
Dropping tears will never get me through the day
Calm your ass down I’m about to speak up
Open your ears wide, ready for this?
Keep up
Ready for this?
Keep up
I only want someone to hear me out
(Someone to hear me out)
To hear me out
Everybody fills me with their favorite lies
I think I’ve gone so numb
I don’t need your lies walk away and never look back
I feel so high give me more I’d like to fly
Hypocritical? let me shove that back in your mouth
Why so cynical? You almost had me down on my knees
(Feels good)
I only want someone to stop me here
(Someone to stop me here)
To stop me here
Will everything feel just right when all is gone?
I think I’ve gone so numb
I think I had enough because
The world is a crazy place with love
I think I’m really numb because
The world is a crazy place with scums
(Feel good)
I only want someone to hear me out
To hear me out
Everybody fills me with their favorite lies
I’m tired and I’m telling you that
I’ve gone so numb
I only want someone to stop me here
(Someone to stop me here)
To stop me here
Will everything feel just right when all is gone?
I think I had enough
I don’t need your lies walk away and never look back
I feel so high give me more I’d like to fly
Hypocritical? let me shove that back in your mouth
Why so cynical? You almost had me down on my knees

Every song is written for someone.
'The Untold Story of Someone' is the culmination of ARKTA's first chapter, an album that carefully weaves together the untold stories of the "someone" behind each song.
There is no single, continuous narrative running through the album. Instead, each of its ten tracks was born from a different emotion and written for a different "someone."
To save someone.
To grieve someone we have lost.
To direct our anger toward someone.
To give someone the strength to move forward.
To say goodbye to someone.
To keep loving someone, even after they are gone.
There has always been a "someone" behind the songs we have written.
That someone may be a real person. Or perhaps someone who never existed. Someone from the past. Someone who lives somewhere within ourselves. Or someone we have yet to meet. And not every emotion born between two people finds its way into words.
Things left unsaid.
Feelings that never reached the person they were meant for.
Emotions we eventually chose to leave unspoken.
These untold stories are part of this album, too.
That is why we named it 'The Untold Story of Someone'.
With this album, ARKTA's first chapter comes to a close.
Everything that has shaped ARKTA up to this point, the people we have met, the things we have lost, the people who have supported us, and everything we wanted to say has been left here, within these ten songs.
Now, having preserved that chapter in music, we are ready to move forward. Into chapter two.
Artist Profile
ARKTA
ARKTA is an alternative rock project formed by Los Angeles-based Tak and Tokyo-based kenken. Drawing from nu-metal and emo, the project blends heavy band-driven sound with melodic elements and emotionally driven storytelling. Tak is based in the United States and is also active as a ring announcer for NJPW STRONG (New Japan Pro-Wrestling's U.S. events), as well as being known as the vocalist of North American project Quietude. Meanwhile, kenken is a former member of metalcore band DELHEZI and has also worked as a support guitarist for Another Story, building experience across both the Japanese and North American rock scenes. In 2021, ARKTA contributed music to NITRO CHiRAL's visual novel Slow Damage, including 'Keep Me Alive' and 'Damaging You.' Through the project, ARKTA gained attention for its music's connection to visual and narrative-driven elements. In 2022, ARKTA made its live debut at CHiRAL LIVE 2022 × Slow Damage in Tokyo, with the show selling out. The following year, the duo performed at its first festival in Los Angeles, further expanding its presence internationally. In 2024, ARKTA released its first self-produced EP, 'From Where The City Lights Burn', showcasing its DIY approach to production and continued evolution. The release was followed by a Japan tour, establishing ARKTA's presence as a live act. In 2025, ARKTA released its second EP, 'As Oneself'. Building on the balance between aggression and melody, the release expanded the project's sound into a more cinematic and introspective territory. The accompanying Japan tour included appearances at Tokyo Calling, In The Family Fest, and Hiroshima Super DX, further strengthening ARKTA's presence as a live-driven project. Moving beyond conventional boundaries of country and genre, ARKTA continues to build its own world through music, visual elements, and storytelling. In 2026, the duo performed at 'THE CHiRAL NIGHT' at Omiya Sonic City and held its first one-man concert at CLUB MALCOLM in Shibuya, Tokyo. The show sold out and was met with an enthusiastic response. On September 30, 2026, ARKTA will release its debut full-length album, The Untold Story of Someone, bringing together six years of the project's music and creative journey.
