あたたかい飲みものをいれた

カップからのぼる湯気を見ながら

ひと息ついたら、ようやく気持ちが少し落ち着いてきて

「まあ、こういう日もあるよね」って、思えた

うまくいかなかったこと

誰かの何気ない言葉にひっかかったこと

今日の自分をぐるぐる反省していたはずなのに

気づいたら、そのまま静かな時間に溶けていた

部屋の明かりがぽっと照らす小さな空間

それが、今日はなんだか救いに感じた

誰かが何かをしてくれたわけじゃないけど

「ここに、ちゃんとあかりがついている」

そのことが、うれしかった

だからきっと、大丈夫

まだ元気が出ない夜でも

あかりのある場所に戻ってこられたなら

それだけで、十分なんだと思う
