"Goodbye Mio-chan" lives in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Calling themselves an "all-round entertainment group," they have performed live at US military bases for American soldiers, walked on electric steel beams, played mahjong for their own blood, and overcame many other life-or-death struggles, eventually arriving at their current lineup in 2021. On October 5, 2022, they will release their first full-length album, "And the Second," physically at CD stores nationwide. In 2024, they will release the singles "Ayanami" and "Tomodachi to Kami" digitally from EVOL RECORDS, and on August 16, 2024, they will release their third single, "Invisible Girlfriend feat. BOBKO." This work features an unidentified female vocalist named BOBKO, and is a song that wraps sadness in a pop sensibility.

The song "Invisible Girlfriend" has been around since we first formed. We're re-recording this song and releasing it to the world. To release it to the world, we asked a girl named BOBKO to sing it. BOBKO is an unidentified girl, so she may be a perfect fit for the title "Invisible Girlfriend."

This song is quite pop-infused, but it's about a girl who died. I'm sure that the girl who died that summer has forgotten me, and that my feelings will never reach her, and I'm singing about her desperately trying not to forget her.
I'm singing about that girl who I want to touch but can't, that girl who I can't see, and I'm always apologizing. I don't want this to become a dark memory, so I wrapped it up in melody and pop sensibility and wrote a song titled "Invisible Girlfriend". Since I wrote this song, I've gotten older than she is, and she looks just as beautiful as she does in the song. I don't know where she is, how old she is, or what country she's in, but I hope this song can reach her, like a dream. I truly believe that I can make that dream come true.
