"Melody" is Aveli's third single. It is an ambitious track that blends Aveli's vocal talents, known for delicate rhythm and groove, with a sound inspired by 90s Neo Soul (such as Erykah Badu and D'Angelo).

The song was co-written with songwriter and music producer Ryosuke Hosoi.

With a powerful message that "life is as free as music," Aveli expresses this sentiment through her exceptional vocal work, set to a modern R&B sound.

The track features outstanding support from accomplished musicians, including bassist Naoki Kobayashi from Fujii Kaze and guitarist Haruka Sakamoto from MEMEMION, which adds depth to the work.

  • Aveli

    Aveli is a singer songwriter who has worked across R and B Neo Soul Soul and Jazz creating a crossover sound grounded in groove and restraint. With a delicate yet grounded voice a rhythm feel uncommon among Japanese artists and a natural blend of Japanese and English lyrics Aveli developed a style that reaches listeners as atmosphere rather than explanation. Through live experience including touring with Nariaki Obukuro and performing at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2022 Aveli refined her expression and established a distinct solo identity shaped by the stage. In 2024 she founded her independent label connect Records. To further clarify her artistic direction she later transitioned to the artist name Ale and is currently active under that name. The musical foundation built as Aveli continues into Ale where music is presented not as a role or product but as a way of being.
