The other day, I received a mourning postcard from my best friend's wife, who is the same age as me, and learned that my childhood friend had passed away this year...
After I was transferred to Tokyo and moved there,
I used to see him every time I visited my hometown,
but I was devastated to learn that this would no longer be possible.
So many memories flooded my mind,
and unexpectedly, the lyrics came to me!
After writing the lyrics, I remembered the genre of music my best friend liked,
so I decided to record them as a piece of my music diary as a tribute to him.
