Mayuko Katakura, the first call pianist proud of the Japanese jazz world, cuts into the music world of John Coltrane. What should be noted is a unique arrangement that crystallized as a modern pianist pursuing "how to interpret Coltrane". While using the maximum respect for Coltrane and McCoy Tyner as the driving principle, she tried to build a music world that is different from the "Coltrane sound" of that era. Enjoy the fun, beauty and thrilling creative sounds of the Piano Trio.
