"Seed", the third release in COVID-19, is
A rock sound that is completely different from the previous work, with Chie Hamasaki's impressive intro guitar riff and John Frusciante's catchy and melancholy SEIJI YANO's guitar riff.
I put a straightforward message to those who struggle with the simple guitar sound of two people every day without over-decoration.
This time, Bass is Norio (Udagawa Bekkan BAND, EMPTY CRAFT)
He appointed Eiji Nagamatsu (yobaisuspects, BLANK BLANK STRUCTURE, darräz) for Drums, supported by a tight and grooved rhythm.
Soichiro Adachi (gnkosaiBAND, PANIC tracks) is in charge of Mixing & Mastering.

    Delicious Grapefruits Moon is a Japan based music duo formed by singer-songwriter Chie Hamasaki and guitarist Seiji Yano. Blending elements of indie rock, jazz, and hiphop into their own unique style, they create music that captures the feeling of taking a deep breath between the city and nature. In April 2022, they performed at JAZZ AUDITORIA ONLINE 2022, organized and produced by BLUE NOTE JAPAN. In August 2023, they released the single [in Me] through Minimal Records, a music label based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. That November, they appeared at Harvest Park, hosted by Caravan, and in December, they joined the international showcase LABB Fest. 2023 in Chiang Mai, sharing the stage with artists from Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong including KIKI. In September 2024, they followed up with their second release from Minimal Records, [Why go far?] In April 2025, they joined the LAWIN JAPAN TOUR as a support act and live band for Chiang Mai based artist LAWIN, performing three shows across Tokyo and Yokohama continuing to expand their presence both in Japan and abroad.
