YONU
YONU is a Korean born singer and artist based in Tokyo. Since making his debut in Korea in 2011, he has expanded his musical career into Japan through original releases, solo concerts, media appearances, and collaborations with Japanese artists and performers. Blending rock, pop, and ballad, YONU combines the melodic sensitivity of J Pop with the emotional intensity of Korean vocal music. His greatest strengths are his powerful yet nuanced voice and a live performance style built around genuine emotional connection with the audience. His Japanese original song Kakehashi reflects one of the central themes of his music, connecting people through music. In 2026, he released Midnight Masquerade, a song about embracing the true self, while further expanding his artistic world through music, visuals, and live performance.
