I wanna be思い出の1人

Each Story
SERINA
I wrote this song with my hometown friends in mind. It expresses my feelings in straightforward words for friends I no longer see, friends I still hang out with, friends who have gotten married or who I often see at bars, and friends I can no longer see.
The opening line, "It's not time to come pick me up," may seem cold and dismissive, but it conveys the message to friends I can no longer see, "Please wait a little longer," that even though I miss them now, I'll definitely come and see them.
I really like the line, "If you like them, even if they're older, don't come to me for money; it's a relationship that will end in failure." Romantically, the men I'm attracted to are always older, but I'm a bit disappointed when I meet a man who's careless with money.
But I'm stupid, too, to lend them money when I like them (lol).
I do get it back, though, right?
I don't know about everyone listening to this, but when I decide to go on a casual drive or out for drinks with my hometown friends, I usually say, "it's okay to wear loose clothes."
When I call and ask, "I'm dressed slackly today, is that okay?" they usually reply, "I'm dressed slackly too." I love this light-hearted local vibe.
Finally, this song, "Each Story," depicts "farewells" that are an extension of everyday life, and the "story" that continues despite that. I tried to describe a little of my story within each and every one of our own stories, so I hope you'll listen to the end.
