Same-sex marriage is prohibited in Japan. During the debate in the Diet on the legalisation of same-sex marriage, the Prime Minister stated that "by allowing same-sex marriages, society will be changed."
The Prime Minister's remarks sparked a debate throughout the country.
We thought a lot about love.
We read many books and interviews and actually talked to friends.
What is love? Does love need a reason? Does love need an explanation?
This EP is about love.
It is about love that brings happiness, love that brings nostalgia, love that brings loss, love that has become embodied and self-love.

The Gloomys
Based in Tokyo, Japan. Formed in 2017 by Gt/Vo Futa Sakaguchi and Dr Joji. In 2022, Gt Daiki Matsuda and Ba Takuma Sudo joined the band. In the beginning of our activities, we played rock and roll, after the new members joined, we will change as the newborn Gloomys by incorporating indie rock and electro-pop elements.
