  • Yasu-Pacino

    He started his career as a staff member and DJ at Ikebukuro Club Bed in the 90's. While working with DJ Jin and DJ Celory, he has been releasing mixes on a regular basis. In 2012, he founded Honey Records and regularly releases 7 inch vinyl, and his 7 inch vinyl "SPY VS SPY REMIX" has been a big hit, with members of Mitsui The Beats and SOFT listing it as their favorite. The release of "Colors feat. Budamunk / Yasu-Pacino" in November 2017 received worldwide acclaim, including play by the world's most influential DJ, Gilles Peterson. As a label owner, beat maker, and DJ, he is a key person in the underground scene who continues to create unmistakable sounds.

    Born in 1990 to a truck manufacturer in Nara Japan, Youtaro was attracted to HIPHOP early on. First engaging with the culture through break dancing and then by making beats by 2010. In 2012 he began to release his MPC2000XL beats on Bandcamp -beats with heavy basslines and rough samples, described as a CHILL that intoxicates.
