These are two pieces I wrote in my twenties, when I was burdened with numerous worries, and "love and courage" was the central theme. Back then, I participated in numerous demos, but I couldn't complete them due to my immaturity. Over time, through trial and error in my solo project, I finally brought it to life in the form I had always envisioned. These are two very significant songs to me. I genuinely hope you'll take the time to listen to them.

[No matter what kind of life you're living, I hope you can find peace within the love you hold. If you cling to love and follow the path you believe in, someone who shares that same love will surely come close and gently stand by your side.]

Artist Profile

  • SXCHUN

    A guitarist and composer based in Japan. Drawing from roots in R&B, jazz, electronic music, and kayōkyoku (Japanese pop), he explores musical expression that moves freely across genre boundaries. Centering his work around guitar and synthesizers, he creates music that transforms experimental and avant-garde sounds into a pop sensibility, while placing strong emphasis on melodic songwriting. He began his musical career in 2010. As a guitarist, he has performed with numerous bands and projects, including those led by Sammy Adjei. He also has experience performing as a bassist and drummer. Currently active mainly through his solo project and support work. In addition to music production, he also creates his own jacket artwork, pursuing a form of expression that crosses between sound and visual art.
