World's End Masterpieces

"A message by blgtz from the World's End."

A surprise 3-track digital release from blgtz's band-set.
It has been around 5 years since the previous "Feature EP", and around 2 years since the reissue of the analogue record, "Chillco".

Shota Tamura calls this work an "exceptional documentary" released from a psychiatric ward.

After having finished the recording of the 3 tracks, while still in the production process, he admitted himself into a closed ward for treatment of his bipolar disorder.
In isolation from the outside world, together with band members and staff, Tamura overcame the wall of impossibility and completed the project.

The recorded tracks are these 3: "meme", written in a hospital room when he was hospitalised in 2021, "Mosaic Tile", and "World's End", which expressed the feeling of confinement felt in the world in 2023.
Welcoming Masahide Yokokura as executive producer, and together with member Kei Hiyamuta, he completed the project with Nayuta Hayashi, Michiro Inatsug and Seiya Kobayashi joining the recording.
Tamura did not position this work as a single or an EP, but rather as a "A, B or C-side to an upcoming album".
