Vocalist Gyau, who has lived her life admiring and drawing strength from strong women, made this album with the hope of inspiring women who are striving to be strong themselves.
There are no cheer songs on this album, and it's mostly negative.
But it has the strength to encourage you, saying, "No matter who I am, I'm me, and it's okay to exist here."
In her previous album, "Charming," Gyau sang, "I tried not to have children because that would have stopped everything... I'm just a cog in the machine that changes the world, and that's okay, I'll sing until the end," and now she begins a new battle, aiming for "a world where women can be more agile."
This full-length album, celebrating the 20th anniversary of indie monster band Vanityyy, who embody "strong women and the men who support them," is not a culmination but a challenge to a new world.
