"CHA KA PON" is the first single in advance of the up coming album scheduled for release this fall!
Continuing from the previous single, "Paddle out! Chocolatier -Is this love?-", the song was composed, arranged and produced by Etsuko Yamakawa, known for the J-pop duo Tohoku Shinkansen and lyrics by Keita Takayanagi, a screenwriter and filmmaker, and Yukako Niizuma, a singer-songwriter.
SAKUra is singing about her favorite SAMURAI along with a pop and ennui melody.

    SAKUra is a Tokyo based Singer Song Girl who transforms her deep fascination with history, philosophy, and classical texts into contemporary pop music. She draws inspiration from ancient words, forgotten stories, and timeless ideas, such as the teachings of Confucius, reimagining them through melody, rhythm, and emotion, rather than academic explanation. She made her debut in 2021 at the age of ten. Since then, she has released five digital singles and two analog vinyl records through Disk Union. Her music reflects a deep curiosity about the past and a desire to bring old thoughts and ideas into the present moment.
