Katsuki Sugawara who has career for 13 years as a professional singer in Japan stayed in Canada since March 2018 until 2019 August.

She met wonderful Jazz musicians there and decided to record her 1st Album.
The guitarist Reg Schwager who playing in this CD arranged all of songs beautifully.

Recorded Jazz Standars, Bossa Nova,and Folk Song.
Her smokey and charming voice sings swingy and warm on amazing musician's sound.

You would feel like stanging in the sunbeams and blowing trees when you listen.

    Japanese Jazz Singer. Borned in south west of Japan,Nagasaki. Her father is a Saxphonist and he had a Jazz Club since she was 2 years old. Always music was beside of her. She started singing as a pops singer at bar and club when she was in high school. and started Jazz music since she was 19 years old after moved to Fukuoka city ,and became a professional singer. then had worked for 12 years at a lot of places. When she was 29 years old, she decided to go to learn English and culture and music in Toronto,Canada for 1 and half year. While she stay there, she tried to record for own 1st Album with 6 Canadian musicians. and released on October 2019 after move back to Japan.
