• The cook's soliloquy

  Usually he is just a cook who cooks a lot of food in restaurants. After performing on the street, providing music, and appearing at events in shopping malls, he realized after a while that someone had left him a comment at a live concert he performed at in 2008 as a final break for his dream of opening his own restaurant. The person had leukemia and had one year to live. While in the hospital, he listened to "Hide and Seek" and said, "I had given up, but I felt like I could try again. This led him to rethink cooking and singing. What is truly important? Every person has times when they want to run away or wonder why they should work hard when they will not be rewarded anyway. When we lose sight of the basic premise of life, music reminds us vividly of those times. This is how the first mini-album "Hitorigoto" was released. The album describes "how to get over something I had forgotten" when I was depressed or faced with my inability to grow. The lyrics of "Hide and Seek" and "Blooming Flower" are completely in the first person, without using "I" or "you" at all, because they are based on the theme of "inside the mind" of a person at such times. Since she has never appeared in the media and her songs are often dark, I do not think they will sell well, but she has something she wants to talk about or say to a society that seems peaceful and contented. There are people who want to say it but can't say it, and people who want to do it but can't do it. There are people like that.
