Following "Mai Mishio with Goodfellas" led by Mai Mishio, the first of three consecutive 7ep series, "Summer Faces" and "Short Letter", the third 7ep, "Pointless Phone Calls", includes an instrumental of the same song on the B-side, as in the first and second 7ep series.
Mai Mishio says.
There is a photograph by Brazilian artist Gabriel Orozco titled "Breath on the Piano.
I spent a lot of time looking at this photo while I was writing my music, and it reminded me of things, people, shapes, and forms that were once there.
We can recall events, landscapes, and even seasons around them at the same time. The voices of loved ones, the creaks of things we were attached to, the sounds of the seasons. We can always feel the presence of things that live on in the afterimages left behind at the same time as the moments we forget. That's what I came to think. This is the common conception of the three songs.
I would be happy if you could listen to all three pieces in succession.
