Kōya Ogata has announced the distribution of "Margin -vol.3-", an EP following the previous one.

After leaving THE CHERRY COKE$ in 2014, Kōya Ogata has been working hard to create music with various approaches, including participating in BiSH's recordings and providing sound sources related to art/fashion, and has been steadily building up his career despite his own pace.

Most recently, in January 2020, he contributed music to the Italian contemporary music label Blue Spiral Records.
In July of the same year, he released his second cassette, which was selected for the Apple's official playlist "Sound Bath" and became the top album on the Apple Music- Instrumental Top Albums chart in 6 countries and Top 10 in 14 countries.

Continuing from the previous work, this time's song "Margin -vol.3-" is also an instrumental hip-hop work that samples only material from the subscribed sample sound service "Splice Sounds". Throughout the work, the music naturally blends into our daily lives, yet it is finished with a sense of tension. If you like lo-fi hip-hop/chill-hop, which has become popular in recent years, or abstract/trip-hop, which has a strong following, you should definitely give this a listen.
