To celebrate the first anniversary of my debut album My Journey, I am releasing "What's New? - Piano Duo," a track born from the New York recording sessions, as a special Anniversary Edition.
A unique version woven with piano and voice.

Artist Profile

  • Kaori Nishimura

    Jazz Vocalist, based in Fukuoka, Japan. With experience in classical piano from age 3 to 15, she took part in a radio program public broadcast project and had a session with MALTA (Sax), which led her to start singing jazz. She performed on the grand stage of the Kitakyushu Performing Arts Center Main Hall at the 40th anniversary celebration of Kitakyushu City and also performed at Fukuoka Blue Note. Since 2014, she has performed not only in Fukuoka but also in Seoul, South Korea, and Tokyo, Japan, among other places. She visits New York once a year to study under Carol Fredette. In 2025, she released her first New York-recorded album, "My Journey."
