In 2025, Namplas continue their unstoppable rise with the highly anticipated release of their new single "Summer, Left Behind."After making a striking debut with their first EP "UMAMI" and bringing an alternative breeze with their first album "mizuiro supernova,"the band has been establishing a unique performance style through live shows, freely shifting between full-band and sampler-driven sets. This new track captures the feeling of being left behind by the season with driving beats, ambient layers, strings, and synth textures. Artist Profile
Namplas
An alternative rock band formed in 2024. They made their debut with their first EP "UMAMI," proudly securing the number one spot on the Punk Top Album charts in both Japan and Turkey. The band is attracting attention by also ranking in other Asian countries such as Hong Kong and Taiwan. Led by vocalist Shinya Morishita, who is also active as a model, the band includes GO on bass, who has experience performing at the FUJI ROCK Festival, and composer Strong Wataru, who boasts two past Track Award wins. Their latest release, "mizuiro supernova," leans towards a shoegaze sound while featuring catchy melody lines, resulting in a pop and refreshing finish.
