1994年結成、3人編成。 1998年にLess Than T.V.より2枚のシングルをリリース。自主企画「Rise Above」もこの頃スタート。 2000年にThe Promise Ring（US）との共演を経て、I AMより1stアルバム「No Limit」をリリース、 全国8か所のツアーを 敢行。その後、幾度かのメンバーチェンジを経て、JOYRIDERS（UK）との共演、「砂上の楼閣」、「METEO NIGHT」出演を果たし、 3枚のオムニバスCD（「POP SCREAM」、「黄昏賛歌」「Breaking Concept4」）に参加。 2017年にFixing A Hole Recordsより2ndアルバム「Out of there, Out of time」をリリース。今作完成後にドラムが脱退するものの、間を置かずして塚本純が加入。同年バンド史上最大規模の自主企画「Rise Above」を、フェス形式にてTRINITYスケートボードパークにて開催。以降、コロナ渦前までに3回開催。 2018年2月GAMEFACE（US）と共演、2019年7月にはSAMIAM（US）と共演、この『LIVEAGE』中心による招聘をCAMUS、DIRTY SATELLITESとともに全面サポート。コロナ渦を経て、2024年10月CHINA DRUM（UK）と共演。2025年3月LOW COAST（US）と共演を果たす。 そして2026年6月に3rdアルバムとなる「Fighting The Crave For Self-Destruction」をリリースする。
