「Northwich committee of magic researches / NCMR（ノースウィッチ魔法研究委員会）」は、ミッケリ・マトロックによるソロ・プロジェクトです。ほとんどの制作はソフトウェアDAWで制作されているが、目指すは、ライブで演奏されたような音、ライブで演奏可能な音楽を作ること。 影響受けたジャンルは、ドリームポップ、ジャズフュージョン、プログレッシブロック、フォークオーケストラ、テクノ、そしてBBC Radio Bristolでのサッカー中継など。 最終的には、夕張（日本）、タシケント（ウズベキスタン）、サマセット（イギリス）、ムルマンスク（ロシア）を足して4で割った音、NCMRというブランド（ジャンル）を作り上げることを目標にしている。
