The legendary Japanese comedy duo "Folk Dance DE Narukozaka" suddenly broke up in December 1999 at the height of their popularity. Around that time, Keitaro Okeda, who was a member of the duo, started his music career as "The 3cm~", which he had always wanted to do. He has been actively performing live and releasing albums. The band's sharp lyrics, melodious music, and Keitaro Okeda's outstanding singing ability won them many fans.
