The name of a shared house and music project that started in April 2022 in Osaka.
DUCK HOUSE is a three-member experimental share-house band consisting of MC SOMAOTA, pianist/vocalist Oumi, and bassist INUI.

In addition to hosting events, they have been gaining attention from early-adopter listeners, even performing at NAKATSUGAWA SOLAR BUDOKAN in 2023. After releasing several singles, they released their EP, Lost Humanity, in 2024.

The three had been living together in a shared house while creating music, but decided to move to Tokyo to fully pursue their musical careers. Their new track, Visitor, expresses both their nostalgia for their share-house days and their determination to move forward.

This release marks DUCK HOUSE first new song in about six months, building anticipation for what they will do next. Additionally, on December 31, DUCK HOUSE is scheduled to perform at countdown party at Kobe 100ban Hall hosted by Takuya Kuroda.

    In April 2022, a shared house and music project based in Daikokucho, Osaka was launched under the name DUCK HOUSE, an experimental share-house band consisting of MC SOMAOTA, pianist/vocalist Oumi, and bassist INUI. In addition to organizing numerous independent events, they have gained attention from keen-eared listeners, including performing at NAKATSUGAWA SOLAR BUDOKAN in 2023. After releasing several singles, they put out their EP Lost Humanity in 2024. In August 2025, they relocated to Tokyo to fully pursue their music career, and in December 2025, they released the single Visitor.
