Yu Ikemi
Born in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture on December 5, 1989, Yu Ikemi cultivates his own unique style of music based on roots music. A unique world of poetry and sound that depicts each mental landscape. His performance style, which freely transcends the boundaries of genres, continues to evolve day by day. In 2021, he started running a place called "Takachiho Marleya," which is a free spirited space of farming, music and soul. He has provided music for movies and videos, and performed at festivals and various events of different sizes. In addition, he is energetically involved in different activities such as writing novels and organizing events.
