結成10周年を迎えたフリーアズバーズの真骨頂――それは鳥のように自由。
辰年が2024年、様々な楽曲を携えて大空を飛翔するその姿は、鳥ではなく、もはや龍だ。
通算6枚目のフルアルバムで、曲数は13曲を収録。バンドの十八番であるメロディック系のパワーメタルや、聞きやすいロック調の他にも、各パートでソロが炸裂するインスト曲など、非常に聞き応えのあるナンバーが多数収録されている。「ヘヴィメタルだから聞きづらいだろう」と思われないよう、普段からキャッチーなサウンドを心掛けているフリーアズバーズだが、結果的に今回は脱ヘヴィメタルを掲げてロック色を強めにしたり、日本語の歌詞も入れたり、新たな試みが増えた。
勿論メタルヘッズも納得できるように各種を盛り合わせた結果が、『アソーテッドプラス（アソート：盛り合わせ）』という事である。
レコーディングやミキシングといった作業も綿密に行われ、何度もスタジオに入ってディレクションを行った。
そんな今作は「バンドメンバー全員が納得できるクオリティにする」という事をポリシーに、集大成と言って差し支えのない最高傑作に仕上がっている。
アルバムのリードトラック＜My Blood Sugar Level Is Dangerous＞は、3月15日(金)にYouTubeでミュージックビデオが公開された。直訳で「血糖値がヤバイ」のこの曲は、人によっては笑えて、泣ける。しかし現代人の在り方に警鐘をも鳴らす……そんなメッセージ性も含んだ作品となっている
