The jacket faithfully depicts the world of the title track, "Tsukimisou," and the more you unravel the song, the more you connect with the jacket.
The coupling includes "Shugin," a song that expresses the pouring rain and complicated and ambiguous feelings through a variety of sounds, and "Anone no Ne," a song about the absurdity of this world and the beauty of living in spite of it, as if the song is spoken in an acoustic style by the song's vocalist, Hanzawa.
