In mid-February 2026, Kotobuki Hane abruptly announced a hiatus, stepping away from the limelight. Now, in this promised season, she makes her definitive return to the center stage.
Her 9th album, COMEBACK, is far more than a mere announcement of her return. It is a soul-stirring "redefinition of resilience" by Hane and her producer, Yuya Ishii-a culmination of her career to date that sets its sights on even greater heights.

While the core of the album is a sharp, edgy rock concept, Hane's signature genre-less curiosity has reached unprecedented depths. Across 12 tracks, she masterfully evolves Ska, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Celtic, and Showbiz music, fusing them with the shimmering brilliance of Nu Disco and Synth-pop to create a cutting-edge soundscape.
