"The Bond" is Tokyo based singer/songwriter and progressive blues guitarist, Yujin Amano's first EP. The album draws on the energy of a deeply emotional journey from life in New York to a new life in Tokyo. "The Bond" inspires us with the tender sweetness and madness of a personal global transition.

Artist Profile

  • Yujin Amano

    Yujin Amano was born in Tokyo and began playing guitar when he was 14 years old. Upon graduating from high school, he moved to the united states to study guitar at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts in 2002. In 2006 Yujin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Performance. Yujin Amano moved to New York City in summer 2006 and started his own band featuring his original progressive blues/rock with a uniquely authentic and emotionally charged guitar and vocals. He consistently gives memorable high energy performances throughout the city. He also participates in many musical projects, including studio recording, cover bands, musicals, and film composing. In 2014, Yujin Amano came back to Tokyo and continuously perform and write his own music in various venues and occasions in Asian area. Besides his own project, he is participating in numerous projects and events including composing music for the game featuring Sphero by Orbotix at TeNQ in Tokyo Dome City and a private performance at Lotte Hotel in Seoul, Korea.
