Featuring the vocal of Vocaloid, Mashimo has been immersed in music since childhood, starting with the acoustic guitar, and began full-scale composing and arranging in 2025. Inspired by the desire to express the fleeting melancholy and hope of everyday life through music, Mashimos work is deeply influenced by the songs of Spitz. In 2025, Mashimo released the debut single Tonikaku Mae e via Tunecore. The song delicately portrays people carrying sadness and doubt while still moving forward, connecting each listeners yesterday and tomorrow through its music. Although live performances have yet to be held, Mashimo is preparing to take the stage in upcoming shows. Mashimos music, while featuring a vocaloid, retains the warmth and lyrical sensibility reminiscent of Spitz. Specializing in conveying the simultaneous presence of melancholy and hope, Mashimo creates a unique emotional sway in music.
