Moonlit Pines ~Mishima Pine Winds~
A gentle night breeze flows through the pine avenue of Mishima.
Under the glow of the moon,
the whispering pines carry stories from travelers along the road.
"Moonlit Pines ~Mishima Pine Winds~" is an Edo LOFI journey inspired by Mishima, the eleventh station of Utagawa Hiroshige's famous Fifty-Three Stations of the Tokaido.
Swaying pine trees.
A road fading into the distance.
Moonlight shining beyond a quiet torii gate.
Tonight, Dorae's mechanical carriage
and the Regented Samurai's iron steed
travel peacefully beneath the moonlit sky.
This is not a journey of haste.
Nor a journey of competition.
It is a night voyage guided by the wind,
searching for unseen landscapes beyond the next bend in the road.
Dusty Boom-Bap rhythms blend with the sounds of koto and shamisen,
painting a tranquil scene along the moonlit Tokaido.
Follow the wind.
Follow the moon.
And let the pine-lined road of Mishima lead the way.
Liminal Reverie is an instrumental music project centered on the theme between reality and dreams. Between day and night. After the crowds fade away. Moments where reality and dreams have not yet fully separated. Liminal Reverie turns the lingering presence, afterglow, and quiet atmosphere of those moments into sound. The project is built on two complementary musical axes: Japanese side: Edo Lofi Western side: Liminal Reverie Each explores a different world, while sharing the same sense of liminality.
