Ross Moody will release their new single "Can't Rewind " on Friday, July 10.

Since reuniting in February, the duo have maintained a steady stream of releases, making this their sixth single of the year alone.

Tokyo-based sibling duo Ross Moody return with a new track that reflects their musical roots in house music. Driven by a funky bassline, four-on-the-floor kick drums, and soaring trumpet lines, it's a song that makes it impossible not to move.

Singer *kobamuta*, who wrote the lyrics, commented:
*"I wanted to portray someone who has grown tired of themselves and, upon entering society, tries in their own way to change who they are."*

The song was created using an unconventional approach: without deciding in advance what kind of track to make, the brothers took turns layering sounds they liked until the instrumental gradually took shape. kobamuta then composed the melody, while Keita Kobayashi handled the arrangement. The lyrics were written by kobamuta, and the mixing and mastering were completed by Keita Kobayashi.

At once nostalgic, fresh, and intriguingly offbeat, the song is likely to resonate with listeners who enjoy alternative pop as well as fans of classic dance music.
